Our client is expanding its brand partnership operation and needs a hands-on assistant manager to coordinate licensing workflows, partner reporting, and internal delivery milestones.
The role works closely with finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams to keep partnership activity accurate, compliant, and commercially useful.
skills
- Strong coordination experience across commercial, finance, and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of FX, custody, fund accounting, or securities service workflows.
- Clear written communication and comfort preparing partner-facing updates.
qualifications
- At least five years of relevant financial services, licensing, or partnership operations experience.
- Experience with regulated service environments and internal control documentation.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin is beneficial.
education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related discipline.
